Stephanie welcomes you to experience yoga with her. In 2007 she completed Advanced Shiatsu Training and also works as a Shiatsu Therapist. After experiencing the profound well being and healing treasure that yoga is, Stephanie made it her main vocation and has been teaching since 2009 in Montreal and Mexico. She has extensive training under her teacher Hart Lazer and has completed Advanced Teacher Training and Therapeutic Yoga Training. She encourages a yoga of presence, mindfulness and cultivating kindness toward one's self. ![]() Students gain insight and understanding of postures as well as their own mind / body system and are able to greatly deepen their yoga practise. Her classes are safe with attention to alignment, space within the breath, stability and settling the nervous system, balancing effort with deep relaxation. Stephanie teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Therapeutic yoga. They are open to all levels and health conditions, as she meets you where you are in your life and practice. Jillian is a Registered Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She received her yoga instructor training at The Expanding Light, Ananda Ashram California. Jillian has been practising Hatha yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 17 years. Through thoughtful, creative and thorough instruction, Silvana balances earnest self-inquiry with a joy for practicing, aiming to provide her students with tools to nurture a strong and healthy mind, body and spirit in themselves. As a professional visual artist, she often complements her classes with elements of this creative background as well. ![]() She takes a holistic approach to her teaching, weaving pranayama (deep breath work), meditation and yoga philosophy into the asana practice. With additional teacher training in Restorative and Yin Yoga, Silvana offers instruction that is attentive to the deeper aspects of self-healing that yoga can provide.
